Labspec and Sootspec UI - Ultrasonic Interferometers for Laboratory Use

The Labspec UI^TM and Sootspec UI^TM Analyzers

Both the Labspec UI and Sootspec UI Analyzers are Ultrasonic Interferometers and are very similar, however the latter is limited to engine oil soot and viscosity measurements. The Labspec has much wider applicabilities and may be used for many other different fluid systems.

Measures Sound Velocity, Temperature and Sound Transmission (inverse attenuation) at mulitple frequencies
Transmission can yield viscosity data

External Probe for easy immersion directly in sample container
